Alice Lawson

Alice Lawson was the daughter of author Jessie Kerr Lawson and sister of Kate Lawson, who wrote as "Katherine Leslie." Alice, a university-trained nurse, wrote ethnographic accounts of the Irish community of Alliston under the pseudonym "Janet Couper," and combination of her mother's first name and her father's last name.
